JUMPSTART Membership

The JUMPSTART membership is designed to help you start (or re-start!) healthy habits! This membership lasts for four weeks and includes:

  • One personal training session each week.
  • Up to two fitness classes each week.
  • Up to three individual workout sessions each week.
  • Weekly review of a food diary.

During the JUMPSTART membership, you’ll learn how to work out effectively and build consistency in your fitness routine.
